Sophia NS Blair, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of SNSB Law Firm.
Ms. Blair obtained her B.A. degree in Political Science with a focus in International Comparative Politics from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, Ms. Blair attended the University of Florida: Levin College of Law where she held several leadership positions including her term as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy.
After obtaining her law degree in 2009, Ms. Blair worked as an intern in the Appellate Division of the Public Defender’s Office in West Palm Beach. Upon completion of her internship, Ms. Blair worked as an appellate attorney in a boutique appellate firm. In addition to her appellate law career, Ms. Blair has worked as a title attorney for almost a decade and has handled matters for a nationwide multi-family housing developer.
Ms. Blair has a penchant for the law and enjoys solving complex title and housing issues. Her unique blend of experience allows her to develop focused and effective problem-solving measures that are best-suited for the clients’ long-term goals. Ms. Blair has experience working with major financial institutions, private investors, individual lenders, business owners, housing communities, property managers, in-house counsels, title companies and everyday people. She has handled clearing significant title defects, handled resolving housing disputes, and handled litigation matters.
Ms. Blair is a title agent with The Fund and has served as a member of various legal organizations including the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section; the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; and the Broward County Bar Association.
