Sophia NS Blair, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of SNSB Law Firm.
Ms. Blair is an efficiency and productivity strategist who has been sharpening her skill set for almost 15 years while working within various industries. She combines her passion for health with her legal experience in the areas of title, housing and appeal to help her clients improve efficiency and maintain productivity.
Specifically, Ms. Blair blends her years of experience and client focused approach with efficiency driven solutions; she pinpoints her clients’ needs and guides leaders within the title, housing and litigation sectors to best practices and long-term success. By guiding them through every changing horizon and implementing methods that have effectively increased productivity, decreased liability, and avoided noncompliance, she empowers her clients to maximize their resources and reach new heights.
Ms. Blair earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus in International Comparative Politics from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, Ms. Blair attended the University of Florida: Levin College of Law where she consecutively earned placement on the Dean’s List for her high academic achievement; she was selected to serve as a teaching assistant by her legal research, writing and appellate advocacy professor and held several leadership positions on the law campus. These leadership positions included: Editor-in-Chief of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy; President of the Caribbean Law Students Association; Treasurer of the Real Property Law Association; Director of Programming for the American Constitution Society; Elected Representative of the Law College Council; and Student Representative of Westlaw.
After obtaining her law degree in 2009, Ms. Blair worked as an intern in the Appellate Division of the Public Defender’s Office in West Palm Beach. Upon completion of her internship, Ms. Blair worked as an appellate attorney in a boutique appellate law firm. In 2012, Ms. Blair launched SNSB Law Firm to provide unmatched services to her clients. She initially focused her practice on civil appeals; soon thereafter, she expanded to real estate through her work as a title attorney for almost a decade and counsel to a nationwide multi-family housing developer.
Ms. Blair has a penchant for the law and enjoys solving complex issues. Her unique blend of experience allows her to develop focused and effective problem-solving measures that are best-suited for the clients’ long-term goals. Ms. Blair has experience working with major financial institutions, private investors, individual lenders, business owners, housing communities, property managers, in-house counsels, title companies and everyday people. She has handled clearing significant title defects, handled resolving housing disputes, and handled litigation matters.
Ms. Blair has been a title agent with The Fund and has served as a member of various legal organizations including the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section; the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association; and the Broward County Bar Association.
